Forum Terms

1. Operator and participation

Reading is public. Posting requires an active email-verified account, separate acceptance of these terms and confirmation of adulthood. A character, Steam link or game ownership is not required for the forum. Account suspensions also restrict forum writing. Reporting does not require an account.

2. Public author identity

You post using your account display name or may optionally select an active character you own. The selected name and, for a character, profession at the time of posting, together with the text, date and any genuine staff label, are public. Your selected identity is shown before submission. You may use a pseudonym. A character’s public forum profile links their visible contributions. Email, private account identifiers, other characters and private progression data are not published by this action.

Posts may be read worldwide, copied, linked and indexed by search engines. Do not disclose confidential information or identify another person without a lawful basis. You cannot change the account display name yourself after registration; only an administrator may change it after a documented support review. A later account or character name change does not automatically alter the historical author name on existing posts.

3. Content and necessary rights

You retain your rights in your posts. For the publication you request, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide licence for the duration of publication to store, technically reproduce, format, make the post publicly available in the forum and create necessary backups. Technical formatting and necessary moderation may alter content only as required for display, security or a permissible measure. This licence transfers no ownership, permits no broader marketing and ends for active publication when the post is deleted; necessary backups and legal evidence are governed by the privacy policy and law. Statutory permissions remain unaffected.

The Community Rules supplied at activation are incorporated. Prohibited material includes unlawful content, infringement of another person’s rights, threats, harassment, unauthorised disclosure of private information and abusive bulk posting. Reasoned criticism is permitted. Private messages, user file uploads and automatically loaded third-party embeds are not provided at present.

4. Discussions and editing

Categories organise discussions. Only authorised staff create announcement topics; replies are allowed while a topic is open. Text, rate and page limits protect usability.

You can edit your visible posts while the topic is open and remove them through the edit view. Removal erases the active body and leaves a neutral marker for continuity. Removing an opening post neutralises the title and closes the topic. Replies, permitted quotations and independent posts by other people are not automatically erased.

For hidden content, a suspended account or personal information remaining in a discussion, request editing or erasure at support@reclaimward.com. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Technical deactivation does not automatically delete all posts, necessary evidence or external copies.

5. Reports and proportionate moderation

Each visible post has an electronic report route available without an account. Explain the specific grounds and location. Ordinary reports require name, email and a good-faith statement; name and email are optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse. Reporter details are not public.

After submission you receive a private tracking key and, where an email is supplied, an acknowledgement email. The team processes reports in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner. People review the decision. Automatic rate limits serve only to prevent misuse and make no legal decision. Keep the tracking key confidential.

Measures may include notice, temporary hiding or removal of a post, closing a topic or account restrictions under the Account Terms. We consider seriousness, context, possible repetition, third-party rights, freedom of expression and legitimate interests. Acute threats may require action before inviting a response.

Affected authors receive a clear and specific statement of reasons in account notices and by email where contact details are known and no statutory exception applies. Reporters receive the final decision through private tracking and, if supplied, email. Reasons identify the relevant facts, rule or legal basis, type, scope and any duration of the measure, use of automated means and available redress. Whether a report alone justifies action is assessed individually.

6. Review and ending participation

You may challenge a decision at support@reclaimward.com with the relevant facts and post or report reference. An authorised person reviews the request free of charge, appropriately and not solely by automated means. This does not require an active account. Statutory complaint, dispute settlement and court remedies and any applicable Digital Services Act rights remain available.

You may stop contributing at any time. Account termination follows the Account Terms. Posts and necessary evidence after termination remain subject to data protection rights and the Privacy Policy; this does not create a blanket right to retain all content indefinitely.

7. Charges, liability, withdrawal and amendments

Participation is free and does not require newsletter or advertising consent. Validly agreed Account Terms on liability and mandatory law apply. Participation creates no blanket waiver or no-fault indemnity of the operator.

Activating the forum is a free extension of the existing account contract. Whether this triggers a statutory withdrawal right depends on the actual circumstances and mandatory law. The voluntary contractual withdrawal right in section 12 of the Account Terms remains unaffected; its stated period does not restart merely because the forum is activated later. The right to terminate the account at any time also remains.

Material amendments do not take effect merely through publication or silence. The accepted version, language, time and wording are retained. Any version requiring a new agreement is separately presented. International consumer protection, statutory jurisdiction and remedies remain unaffected.
