1. Operator and participation

Reading is public. Posting requires an active email-verified account, separate acceptance of these terms and confirmation of adulthood. A character, Steam link or game ownership is not required for the forum. Account suspensions also restrict forum writing. Reporting does not require an account.

2. Public author identity

You post using your account display name or optionally select an active character you own. The selected name and, for a character, profession at posting, text, date and any genuine staff label are public. Your selected identity is shown before submitting. You may use a pseudonym. A character’s public forum profile links their visible contributions. Email, private account identifiers, other characters and progression data are not published by this action.

Posts may be read worldwide, copied, linked and indexed by search engines. Do not disclose confidential information or identify others without a lawful basis. Renaming an account or character later does not automatically change historical author names.

3. Content and necessary rights

You retain your rights. For operating the forum you grant a non-exclusive permission to store, technically display, make public and necessarily back up submitted content. This serves your requested publication and does not grant broader marketing rights or transfer ownership. Statutory permissions remain.

The Community Rules supplied at activation are incorporated. Do not post unlawful material, infringe rights, threaten, harass, disclose private information or abuse bulk posting. Reasoned criticism is permitted. Private messages, user file uploads and automatic external embeds are not provided.

4. Discussions and editing

Categories organise discussions. Only authorised staff create announcements; replies are allowed while a topic is open. Text, rate and page limits protect usability.

You can edit your visible posts while the topic is open and remove them through the edit view. Removal erases the active body and leaves a neutral marker for continuity. Removing an opening post neutralises the title and closes the topic; others’ replies are not automatically erased.

For hidden content, a suspended account or personal information remaining in the discussion, request review or erasure at admin@reclaimward.com. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Deactivation does not automatically delete all posts or external copies.

5. Reports and proportionate moderation

Each visible post has a report route available without an account. Explain specific grounds and location. Ordinary reports require name, email and a good-faith statement; name and email are optional for child sexual abuse reports. Reporter details are not public.

After submission you receive a private tracking key and, where an email is supplied, an acknowledgement email. People review reports. Rate limits prevent abuse and are not automated legal decisions. Keep the tracking key confidential.

Measures may include notice, temporarily hiding a post, closing a topic or account restrictions under the Account Terms. We consider seriousness, context and legitimate interests. Acute threats may require action before inviting a response.

Affected authors receive specific reasons in account notices and by email. Reporters receive a final decision through private tracking and, if supplied, email. Reasons must identify relevant facts, rule or legal basis, scope and any duration. Whether a report justifies a measure is assessed individually.

6. Review and ending participation

Challenge a decision with relevant facts and the post/report reference at admin@reclaimward.com. An authorised person reviews the request. This does not require an active account. Statutory complaint, ADR and court remedies and applicable Digital Services Act rights remain available.

You may stop contributing at any time. Account termination follows the Account Terms. Posts and necessary evidence after termination remain subject to data protection rights and the Privacy Policy, not a blanket right to retain everything indefinitely.

7. Charges, liability and amendments

Participation is free and does not require newsletter or advertising consent. Validly agreed account liability rules and mandatory law apply. Participation creates no blanket waiver or no-fault indemnity of the operator.

Material amendments do not take effect merely through publication or silence. Accepted version, language, time and wording are retained. Any version requiring a new agreement is separately presented. International consumer protection, statutory venue and remedies remain unaffected. Actual operator details and target markets must be finalised before publication.
