The website provides project information, development updates, media and support. Visiting it is not a purchase and grants no game, beta or server licence. The current account service is free; any future paid offering requires a separately described agreement.

2. Development information

RECLAIMWARD is in development. Material labelled planned, concept, study or placeholder illustrates direction and does not assert that a feature is playable or an image is a gameplay screenshot. This does not restrict specifically agreed performance, express guarantees or mandatory rights; it is not a blanket reservation making every announced date or feature non-binding.

3. Permitted use and rights

You may view public content as intended and use it as permitted by law. Intellectual property remains with its owners. Linking to our pages is generally permitted; for uses beyond statutory permissions contact support@reclaimward.com. Statutory quotation and other mandatory exceptions remain unaffected.

Do not unlawfully attack the site, circumvent access controls, access other people’s data or intentionally disrupt operation. This is not a blanket ban on lawful security research, but a testing authorisation must expressly identify its scope and conditions.

4. External services

Links lead to independent services and do not themselves imply partnerships or incorporate third-party terms into your portal contract. On concrete notice of unlawful linked content we review and take required action. Statutory responsibility remains; there is no blanket exclusion of all liability for links.

5. Availability and liability

Maintenance, security work and faults may temporarily affect access. We aim for accurate current information and correct significant known errors. Website liability follows applicable law; merely visiting does not agree a general waiver. Validly agreed Account Terms govern account liability. Reports to support@reclaimward.com do not restrict deadlines, claims or access to authorities and courts.
